Government has provided some scolastic materials to children with in the rural areas. and also proposed study via television and radio. This is very questionable. How many ugandans have access to Radio and television. How many homes recieved these materials that were budgeted for ? Does government have all profiles of students and pupils in the country to track the performance of these learners.
We need appropriate strategies that do not only address the current problem but may condition the way education is provided in this country , moving forward.
Is the ministry of Education able to deliver on this mandate?
